Free Shipping Right Across Canada on all Orders over $200

Diabetes Express offers FREE shipping on all qualifying orders right across Canada. We offer multiple courier services to suit your needs. Each courier service delivers in the same amount of time, but have special qualities that ensure your package reaches you quickly.

Do you ship to any other country?
We do not ship outside of Canada and only provide Pods to Canadian registered users.  If any order is placed for Pods and we cannot confirm your registration as a Canadian Podder, we will refund the funds, minus 6% transaction fee.

Your Best Shipping Option: All Orders are Signature Required. No  Exception Please

Canada Post Expresspost is the best suited for those who would like their packages delivered to their home. If by chance you are not home when they arrive it will go to your local post office, which is almost guaranteed to be closer than another courier depot centre.

Purolator is best suited for those who will be home to accept their packages or for those who wish to have their packages sent to a work address. We just request that when requesting this service, that the business name is listed to ensure the courier delivers promptly.

What is a qualifying order?
Orders that qualify for FREE shipping are all orders over $200.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders placed before 3:00pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. Any orders after 3:00pm EST, may be shipped the next day, but we will try our best to process it as quickly as possible. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days.

When do you ship insulin?

Insulin is only shipped Monday - Thursday. The reason for this is because we want to ensure the integrity of the product when it arrives at your door.  Please be advised that all insulin purchases are subject to review by the Bayshore Express pharmacist before shipping. You may receive a call if there are any questions or concerns about your order. By placing an order for insulin, you are declaring that you have consulted a health care professional regarding the safe use of insulin for diabetes treatment.
